| Rate description |
- Our rates include:the usage of water, gas, electricity, bedlinen, kitchen usage
- Only city tax ist extra: Euro 1,5/day/adult
- In high season (25.6.-22.8.) booking is possible for at least 4 nights
in rooms and 7 nights in apartments
- When you want to book 30 % deposit is required via bank transfer. We do not pay the deposit back. We do not take over the cost of transfer.
- Arrival from 2 pm and departure till 10 am.
- No towels
- Pets allowed: Euro 10/day
- The rental along with the city tax must be paid at arrival
- We cannot accept credit cards
- We do not pay the rental back after you have arrived at the house
- Parking available in the street next to the house
